Is the free scan really free?

Yes — every business gets one free scan with no payment required. Paid tiers unlock a full re-scan, additional data fields, and ongoing monthly monitoring.

Why does AI visibility matter for my business?

More customers are asking AI tools like ChatGPT for local business recommendations instead of only searching Google. If your business lacks proper schema, structured content, and consistent listings, AI models are less likely to mention you at all.

1. About this agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Voxa AI Visibility Scanner ("the Service"), operated by SanReg Klaus Enterprises (Pty) Ltd, trading as Voxa Digital (Registration Number 2024/343047/07). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

We offer three levels of service:

Free Scan — a limited, one-time visibility check of your homepage, at no cost
The Complete Diagnosis (R450, once-off) — a full multi-page scan delivered as a branded PDF report
The Complete Cure & Defense (R1,100/month) — ongoing monthly re-scans, historical tracking, and manual optimization upgrades

Scan results, including AI Presence findings, reflect the state of your website and third-party AI models at the time of scanning. AI model responses may vary over time and are outside our control.

3. Accounts

A dashboard account can only be created after a paid scan (once-off or monthly) has been completed for your business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Payment and billing

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. The Complete Diagnosis is a single once-off charge. The Complete Cure & Defense is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Complete Cure & Defense subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or further obligations. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period; you retain access to the Service until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will result in any specific outcome, including AI model recommendations or search ranking improvements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SanReg Klaus Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
