1. The Complete Diagnosis (once-off scan)
Payments for The Complete Diagnosis are non-refundable. Because your report is generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment, we are unable to offer refunds once the scan has been completed.
2. The Complete Cure & Defense (monthly subscription)
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees and no further obligations. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any previous billing period — you retain full access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.
